Health in Real Life
Health is the goal. Dog training, body and mind belong together.
At 48, I want to find out how health can become a lasting part of my everyday life through simple means, realistic training, conscious nutrition and consistent routines.
This blog documents that journey—with movement, nutrition, routines, setbacks and dog training as a distinct area of development. Honest, transparent and without pretending to be perfect.

Three Areas – One Goal
Health is the common framework. Body and mind support the daily implementation, while dog training remains a distinct area of development. Across all three areas, the same principles apply: observe, plan, act consistently, recognise mistakes and improve step by step.
Where I am now
Health
My planned health restart has not yet begun. My diet, movement and training routine are still unchanged from my original starting point. The next step is therefore not a progress report, but an honest start with a realistic and clearly defined health programme.
Why I Write This Blog
This blog is my alternative to short-term health hype and perfectly staged success stories. I want to find out whether lasting change is possible in normal everyday life through simple means, honest documentation and consistent repetition.
